What stands out

  • Quiet hydraulic ride

Smooth start and stop. The drive sits inside the tower, so there is no machine room and nothing exposed.

  • Any configuration

Lower and upper entrances on the same side, straight through, or at 90 degrees. Two, three, or four stops.

  • Open or enclosed

Open platform for a porch; aluminum-framed enclosure with acrylic or glass for weather and commercial code; Prestige for a frameless glass look.

  • Outdoor ready

Weather-resistant finishes, outdoor locks, and a heater option for the tower.

  • Doors done right

Interlocked landing doors and gates in manual, automatic, and fire-rated versions, specified to your lift and code.

  • Built for decades

The V-1504 is the lift you see in schools and churches across the region. Parts are stocked and the design has not changed in ways that strand owners.

Residential or commercial

For a home porch, the V-1504 is usually an open platform with a top-landing gate and a bottom-landing ramp, on a small concrete pad, installed in a day. For a church, school, or business, travel over a few feet requires an enclosure, interlocked doors at each landing, a state permit before the order, and a witnessed acceptance test after installation. We prepare the permit, drawings, and the work-by-others checklist, and we perform the test. Manual landing doors are only allowed on straight-through two-stop lifts; everything else gets automatic doors, and we will tell you which applies. Lower rises are often better served by the Multilift; indoor lobbies by the Prolift.

Questions we hear every week

What is the difference between the V-1504 and the Multilift?

Travel and drive. The Multilift is a screw-drive lift for up to 72 inches on a self-supporting tower. The V-1504 is hydraulic, travels up to 14 ft commercial, and offers enclosures and glass versions. Below 6 ft of rise the Multilift is usually the simpler choice.

Does it need a pit?

Not necessarily. A short entry ramp at the bottom landing avoids a pit on most residential installs. A 3 inch pit gives a flush entry when preferred.

Can the enclosure be glass?

Yes. The Enclosure model takes acrylic, tempered, or laminated glass panels; the Prestige uses half-inch structural tempered glass with no frame for a modern look; a dome roof is available on taller enclosures.

Who handles the permit?

We do. Commercial lifts in PA and all lifts in MD need a state permit before installation and an inspection after. The permit cost appears as its own line on your quote.
